I grew up in Venezuela, where sports became one of my greatest teachers.
As a young athlete, I represented Venezuela in competitive swimming and competed in both swimming and water polo in Venezuela and the United States.
Years later, education, leadership and communication would transform the direction of my own life.
Crecí en Venezuela, donde el deporte se convirtió en uno de mis grandes maestros.
Como joven atleta, representé a Venezuela en natación competitiva y competí en natación y waterpolo tanto en Venezuela como en Estados Unidos.
Años después, la educación, el liderazgo y la comunicación transformarían el rumbo de mi propia vida.

I understand the journey.Entiendo el camino.
I grew up in a working-class neighborhood in Venezuela.
Sports taught me discipline, preparation, resilience and what it means to represent something bigger than yourself.
I began my university journey studying Physical Education before coming to the United States, earning a degree in International Business and later an MBA.
Education opened doors I could not have imagined as a young athlete in Venezuela.
But more importantly, it taught me something I still believe today:
Talent can take you a long way.
Development can take you further.
Crecí en un vecindario de clase trabajadora en Venezuela.
El deporte me enseñó disciplina, preparación, resiliencia y lo que significa representar algo más grande que uno mismo.
Comencé mi formación universitaria estudiando Educación Física antes de venir a Estados Unidos, donde obtuve un título en Negocios Internacionales y posteriormente un MBA.
La educación me abrió puertas que jamás habría imaginado como joven atleta en Venezuela.
Pero, aún más importante, me enseñó algo en lo que sigo creyendo:
El talento puede llevarte lejos.
El desarrollo puede llevarte aún más lejos.

For more than 30 years, my work has revolved around people, leadership and potential.
I spent more than two decades as a technology executive, building businesses and leading teams throughout Latin America and the United States with companies including AST, Toshiba, Lexmark and Panasonic.
Later, I founded Search4Fit International, where my work evolved into executive recruiting, career strategy and coaching.
My job became finding exceptional people, understanding what made them different and helping companies recognize their potential.
Durante más de 30 años, mi trabajo ha girado en torno a las personas, el liderazgo y el potencial.
Pasé más de dos décadas como ejecutivo de tecnología, desarrollando negocios y liderando equipos en América Latina y Estados Unidos con empresas como AST, Toshiba, Lexmark y Panasonic.
Más adelante fundé Search4Fit International, donde mi trabajo evolucionó hacia el reclutamiento ejecutivo, la estrategia profesional y el coaching.
Mi labor pasó a ser encontrar personas excepcionales, comprender qué las hacía diferentes y ayudar a las empresas a reconocer su potencial.

Voice of the Champ allows me to bring that experience back to the world where my own journey began: Sports.

I created Voice of the Champ to help players develop the communication, presence and leadership skills that can serve them throughout their careers and long after the game is over.
